University-wide environment

Tenant Microsoft 365

All students and employees of Charles University have the opportunity to use some of the cloud services, provided by Microsoft, without further fees. These are provided by the university.


You can access the services of university-wide environment by visiting www.office.com or simpler office.com using your university credentials (you will be redirected to CAS for access verification). Apart from other applications and cloud services, a full version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Publisher, Access apps for up to 5 devices, are available with licence pack A3.


Licence pack A3 is available on demand, depending on regulations of faculty/unit.



If you run into issues with login to university-wide M365 environment or MS Exchange online, or any other service within, please contact primarily your faculty/unit IT support.


Computer Science Centre, as the university-wide M365 tenant, does not provide the end support. We only provide support directly to faculty/unit admin, in case they are not able to fix the issue themselves.
