Students and employees have access to applications provided within the service package A3 if they have been given to them by faculty or unit.
This service package contains the following:
Full version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Publisher, Access for PC or Mac up to 5 devices. Detailed manual for installation can be found here.
However, if your faculty or unit uses their own M365 environment, please use manual provided within their guidelines.
Up to 5TB cloud storage OneDrive

Bookings – app for easy event planning and updating within organisation
Class Notebook - notes preparation for classes and work environment creation for students
Delve - personal overview and important information based on topic of your work and with whom you cooperate
Forms - preparation of questionnaires, quizzes and votes with results overview in real time
Kaizala - simple and secure mobile chatting app
Lists - creation, sharing and viewing lists within group you create
OneNote - writing and managements of notes among all devices
Planner - creating, management and assigning tasks, document sharing and keeping up-to-date information on course of work
Power Apps - create mobile and web applications using data shared and used within organisation
Power Automate - create working procedures within applications, documents and data leading to automation of time-consuming tasks
Power BI - create dynamic and interactive data panels with various functions and share them with others
Project - creating project plans, task assigning, keep up-to-date information and manage budgets
SharePoint - share and manage content, knowledge and apps to improve teamwork
Staff Notebook - cooperate with pedagogical panel and other university employees and share principles, procedures and calendars
Stream - share videos from classes, meetings, presentations and trainings
Sway - create and share interactive news, presentations or personal stories
To Do - keep up-to-day with your tasks at one place with intelligent functions, which will help you gather data, set priorities and manage more together
Visio - simplify complex information and share them with others in visual form
Whiteboard - discuss ideas and cooperate in creative space with wide range of possibilities, using pen touchscreen or keyboard
Yammer - connect with coworkers and/or classmates and share information and organise projects together
Support for these applications is provided by individual IT support for faculties and units.
