            Licence pack A3 is available on demand, depending on rules and regulations of faculty/unit


            If you run into issues with login to university-wide M365 environment or MS Exchange onlin
            service within, please contact primarily your faculty/unit IT support.


            Charles University, Information and Communication Technologies, as the university-wide M36
            not provide the end support. We only provide support directly to faculty/unit admin, in ca
